Fardeen Khan is the son of actor and director Feroz Khan. Sanjay Khan is his uncle and actor Zayed Khan is his cousin brother. His cousin sister designer Sussanne Roshan is married to actor Hrithik Roshan.

He married former Bollywood actress Mumtaz's daughter, Natasha Madhwani, on December 14, 2005.

Fardeen made his debut in 1998 with Prem Aggan which was directed by his father.
